Cyber Security Awareness Month 2023

Cyber Security Awareness Month 2023 has been an incredibly busy and productive month for us.

The month is an accumulation of the hard work of a number of organisations and businesses in Jersey to create such a successful calendar of events. Congratulations and thank you to the Jersey Cyber Security Centre (CERT.JE) team and the Channel Islands Information Security Forum plus all of the event sponsors and partners for a brilliant month of awareness raising.

At Soteria we partnered with Jersey Cyber Security Centre (CERT.JE) to deliver a series of mock cyber incident events for the Finance, Hospitality and Charity sector in Jersey. The events series was sponsored by JT Group Limited and the Finance Sector event was co-sponsored by Appleby in Jersey and all of the events were supported by the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner who all helped to provide expert advice to our attendees as part of the event panel.

Although Cyber Security Awareness Month is now at a close, we are continuing to work closely with Jersey Cyber Security Centre (CERT.JE) to understand levels of cyber resilience and preparedness across the Island’s Finance, Hospitality, Charity and SME sectors.

To do this, we are undertaking a benchmarking survey and we would appreciate if you are in Jersey’s Finance, Hospitality, Charity and Small Business sector.
